Our Story
CR Recruit is a boutqiue recruitment process outsourcing provider located in Accra, Ghana.
We work on placing internationally educated nurses in countries which are currently experiencing a nursing deficit.
Our agency started operations in January 2024 and to date we have over 2,000 qualified nurses signed up to our agency - ranging from Nursing Assistants through to Registered Nurses.
We are passionate about solving problems with ethical solutions.
With research and insight we have identified the most ethical, transparent and human way to connect the the two needs of global healthcare organisations experiencing a shortage of nurses and unemploymed nurses in Ghana, which will lead to a successful outcome for both sides.
